Dear bear friends:
This summer, I traveled to Alaska. Sailing through Alaska's Inside Passage on a cruise ship, I learned many things about the land, wildlife and history of our 49th state.
I saw whales sound and porpoises leap. I watched our ship slide past rugged mountain peaks and deep green fjords.
