Dear bear friends:
This summer, I traveled to Alaska. Sailing through Alaska's Inside
Passage on a cruise ship, I learned many things about the land, wildlife
and history of our 49th state.
I saw whales sound and porpoises leap. I
watched our ship slide past rugged mountain peaks and deep green fjords.
Most of all, I learned about glaciers! Powerful rivers of ice, glaciers
shape the earth. They are brilliant and beautiful. Click on the links
